Welcome to the 9to5 Flipping House Program! By enrolling in this program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) which form a legal agreement between you and 9to5 Flipping, LLC.

The Program is an online Real Estate Program that aims to provide students with education, tools, and resources to learn how to Wholesale/Invest in Real Estate. The Course includes video lectures, guides, and other materials.

All sales of the Program are final and non-refundable. Once you purchase the Program, you will not be eligible for a refund.

The success of flipping houses depends on various factors, including but not limited to the individual efforts. While 9to5 Flipping, LLC provides education, tools, and resources to help you succeed, the Company makes no guarantee or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding your success in flipping houses.

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that success depends on your individual efforts, skills, and abilities. You agree to take responsibility for your own success and acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for any results that you achieve or fail to achieve. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to real estate investment.

All materials provided in the Program, including but not limited to video lectures, guides, and other resources, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any materials provided in the Program without the Company’s prior written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Program, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Program.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Program following any modification of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Maryland, USA in which the Company is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Company.
